Andrea Sanchez, Chief Marketing Officer and Organizational Change for IFMA, Prosci-certified change practitioner 

Andrea Sanchez has worked for IFMA since 2007. Within her role as chief marketing officer she oversees internal communications, marketing, social media, web, videography, as well as organizational change initiatives and training.

Prior to her current role, she was editor of FMJ magazine for eight years and oversaw the launch of IFMA’s knowledge library online. In her spare time she enjoys blogging on LinkedIn and hosts a weekly Twitter chat, #DareToBe, every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on personal leadership.

Her passions include change management, organizational culture, professional development and transformational leadership. She aims to inspire others and organizations to become the best version of themselves.
